Our PMO Director offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity toplay a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects that align with the company's growth objectives. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

What You'll Do:



  • Responsible forfacilitatingproject prioritization, monitorproject progress, and maintainstakeholder relationships.
  • Responsible tochampionand leadcontinuous improvement (CI) by regularly evaluating project management processes and outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, project sponsors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.



What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with aminimum of 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership.

  • Proven experience in implementing Hoshin Kanri for strategic planning and alignment is preferred.



  • Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt a plus.



  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; Program Management Professional (PgMP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
