• Lead strategic fundraising campaigns to meet goals.
• Manage a portfolio of 75-100 individual donors.
• Oversee the Grateful Family Program and collaborate with marketing on donor communications.
• Utilize Raiser's Edge to track donor engagement and improve stewardship.

• 5+ years of fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising tools.
• Passion for supporting our mission to provide exceptional care.
