Description

Position Summary:

The Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager will function to oversee the implementation and ongoing compliance and data sharing, with the Interim Final Rule in regards to the UC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards within the Nuevas Alas/New Wings program and in cooperation with leadership from the Agency and ORR if requested. The PSA Compliance Manager will be responsible for complete knowledge of the Interim Final Rule, as well as ensure that all standards are met throughout the program.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications

MINIMUM:




  • BA/BS degree



  • CPR and First Aid Certificates



  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer



  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and families





PREFERRED:




  • At least 1 year experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues.



  • Proven experience and understanding of preventing, detecting and responding to sexual incidents.
