Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on August 8, 2025.

AboutTheTeam

Our mission is to drive impactful pipeline growth through strategic Sales Enablement initiatives. By transitioning to Buyer Persona Based Sales Plays, we align closely with Marketing and focus on key FIS Growth Vectors and Investment Areas. We collaborate with Demand Generation Planning, Prioritization, and Execution teams, Heads of Sales, and Growth Office Leaders. We support the rollout and adoption of essential sales tools, such as Outreach, in partnership with Viet Truong and the Revenue Operations team. Our efforts are deeply integrated with Growth Office Market SMEs, Strategy Teams, Line of Business Teams, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and the broader Sales Enablement Team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales enablement.

WhatYouWillBeDoing

  • Work directly with the FIS Banking Solutions and Capital Markets Sales organizations completing an Outreach project that will ultimately form a Best Practice Playbook to drive repeatable success and directly impact sales pursuits and results.
  • Obtain Outreach knowledge and gain exposure to various professional B2B selling roles - business development, sales executive, account manager, solution consultant, sales enablement, and operations.
  • Participate in weekly education sessions featuring various topics and leaders from across FIS.
  • Learn about various stages of the sales process and how Outreach can be used as an effective support mechanism for related sequences.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to current sales organization initiatives.
  • Analyze and improve client/prospect Outreach sequences in support of sales campaign and prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct research, make recommendations, and participate in projects that increase sales effectiveness.
  • Develop a final Outreach Best Practice Playbook, along with insights and feedback based on your experience and project work throughout the summer.
  • Build your professional network to support future success.

What You Bring

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
