Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you're ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?

About the role:

As a Business Line Manager, you'll be involved in all facets of driving forward FIS' industry-leading Integrated Banking Solution (IBS) - a core banking ecosystem that powers the Regional Banking market in the U.S. This ecosystem spans core account processing, sales and service banker channels, data and analytics platform, open banking integration tools, and integration with an expansive array of other FIS solutions and fintech partners. This role will engage with stakeholders across all FIS functions and bring them together to deliver on exciting outcomes for our clients. IBS is winning in the broader market and the client base is growing. Furthermore, FIS is investing significantly into this product line as we modernize and advance the capabilities we offer to the market. Our ideal candidate is passionate, has a dynamic and engaging personality, possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

About the team:

The Regional Banking (IBS) team is simply the best! The Business Line team comprises an experienced and talented group who have held a diverse range of roles both within and outside of FIS. They are widely respected across the company as well as with the client base. The team is supported by a very strong collection of internal stakeholders - spanning Product, TechDev, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, Product Marketing, and many more.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse set of initiatives while influencing and directing others to deliver on our business line objectives (financial success, client excellence, operational improvements, and more). Some examples of these responsibilities include:

* Champions strategic priorities across FIS stakeholders leveraging deep knowledge of IBS products and broader ecosystem, understanding of market trends/dynamics, and competitive positioning

* Participates in strategic client and prospect briefings as well as other client forums (regional user groups, national client advisory boards) and FIS client conferences representing the IBS business

* Collaborates closely with Product to drive capital planning, prioritize development execution, and launch new product offerings with a focus on yielding long-term business growth

* Cultivates new 3rd party partnerships to address market needs, fill product line gaps, or address sunsetting products while finding opportunities to accelerate business growth

* Drives key inputs for the multi-year, long range business planning while interlocking with key stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives

* Develops and maintains the multi-year IBS Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for the IBS business

* Collaborates with Marketing and Sales on current IBS positioning and value proposition and drives development of client-facing collateral

* Participates in and approves creation of product launch strategies and execution plans for new products and ensure they align with Business Line strategic growth plans and market needs

* Engages with industry analysts and consultants to evangelize our business/market strategy and integrated roadmap

* Drive sales campaigns for new and existing products to deliver on our financial goals

What you will need:

* Minimally, 7-10 years of business, product, or related management experience

* Financial services or banking industry experience

* Strong written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills required

* Experience and comfort with interacting and presenting directly with clients

* Management and/or leadership experience; as well as experience working in a matrixed organizational structure

* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, information technology or related field/discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
