Job Summary:

As a Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex robotics projects from inception to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Alignment:

• Work with leadership stakeholders to ensure the program's purpose and its goals are clearly communicated and aligned among the working groups.
• Monitor the scope and deliverables of the program to ensure it will provide value and meet the needs of the organization and its customers.

• Manage programs to successful completion. Develop and maintain project plans, KPIs, schedules, and budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, software development, and quality assurance to execute project tasks and deliverables according to plan.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring that potential issues are proactively identified and resolved.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying deviations from the plan, communicating to stakeholders and taking corrective action as needed to keep projects on track.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and priorities.

• Identify resources required to successfully execute the program including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful delivery of the program and efficient utilization of resources.
• Work closely with resource managers and department heads to allocate resources according to project needs and priorities.

• Review quality assurance plans and testing results to ensure program deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Be familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations, including safety standards for autonomous mobile robotics.

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs against budgeted amounts and identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting budget variances and explaining their impact on project outcomes.

• Understand the needs of the customer and sales team to ensure projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
• Represent the voice of the customer and ensure the project planning and execution is aligned with their needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in a related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in program or project management, preferably leading programs that deliver commercialized robotics or integrated hardware and software products to the market.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

• Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Knowledge with robotics development processes, including hardware and software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity withp industry standards and regulations related to autonomous mobile robotics, such as ISO 13482 and ISO 10218.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
