Servicing Operations Specialist - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Responsible for daily reconciliations ensuring work is accurate and in compliance. Reconciliations include balancing Honor's Cash Portfolio, ITMs, ATMs, member centers, cash, wires, ACHs, share drafts, edge one, coin, TCD and TCRs, ensuring they are current and in balance.
- Investigates inconsistencies in the general ledgers (GLs) to assure in balance daily, month end and year end for all GLs.
- Ensures accurate documentation for a clear audit trail of all transactions.
- Supports reconciliations and reporting for Honor's Secondary Market, Freddie Mac, and FHLB portfolios.
- Subject matter expert for IRA portfolios and managing IRAs.
- Files year-end tax forms.
- Supports and provides professional services to members, vendors and the Honor teams using all forms of communication and knowledge of Honor functions.
- Assists all other Operations teams as needed.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- One to three years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Robust knowledge of banking products and services.
- Must be highly detailed.
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
