The E-Commerce Ops Analyst is responsible for analyzing both back-end and front-end organization of data to impact sales. This role maintains product information, which includes pricing, discontinuation, configurations, updating the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), images, categories, impact tables, sizing charts and description updates.



Your Impact

    Analyze both back-end and front-end organization of data to impact sales
  • Improve online site search by implementing changes based on site traffic data analytics
  • Prepare excel spreadsheets to upload and update products
  • Test upgrades and enhancements to the online store site
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal employees
  • Activate new online accounts
  • Maintain current List Pricing of all products
  • Categorize all new items within the product hierarchy
  • Upload product images and videos to the online site
  • Review product feedback prior to posting online
  • Online chatting with customers on the site


Minimum Qualifications

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years Customer Service or industry experience with extensive product knowledge.
  • Marketing and/or eCommerce experience
