Senior Training Management Support Specialist

Purpose:

Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Senior Training Management Support Specialist

to support Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA.

Job Description:

Coordinates, utilizes and understands Aegis programmatic language and communications related to Foreign Visit and Aircraft Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) and Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Travel Tracker.

Qualifications:

Must have 6 years' experience in supporting US Navy training or other US Navy complex projects.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
Must have experience with Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all requirements for Government International Travel to include host nation, U.S. Embassy and Combatant Commander.
Must have the ability to work with various Government Program Offices.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel required.
If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Communicating with others to exchange information and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Subject to outside environmental conditions (extreme cold/heat), subject to noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions (affect the respiratory system), frequently work in close quarters and/or function in narrow aisles or passageways (areas that could cause claustrophobia).

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
