Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Operator is responsible for all activities related to operating production equipment per the instructions. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work (WIs) Instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced. This is a 2nd shift position with hours of 2pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday).

In this role you'll make an impact by:



  • Performing all job requirements safely using the required PPE.
  • Reporting and addressing unsafe behaviors or equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
  • Following GMPs, Food Safety compliance, SOPs, and WIs.
  • Recording operational and production data accurately.
  • Operating equipment to meet production and quality targets.
  • Completing Disassembly, Cleaning, and Reassembly (DCRs) safely.
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement Projects and training others as assigned.



To succeed you must hold:



  • High School Diploma along with 1 + year of relevant work experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to work within established routines, methods and procedures under very strict management parameters.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
  • Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures, maintains regular work attendanc
