Allina Health has a robust mental health and addiction service line that offers the full continuum of care including integration, specialty outpatient clinics, addiction, co-occurring services, partial hospitalization, day treatment, emergency, and inpatient care. Key Position Details: As an adult psychiatrist mental health nurse practitioner at Allina Health, you will find a team dedicated to your career journey with vast resources to support your practice including but not limited to: Close alignment with other Allina hospitals and facilities, including a network of five hospital-based clinics with over 80,000 annual visits. Receive referrals and coordinate care with primary care providers. Team members across the system include psychologists, nurses, complex-care coordinators, and social work services. Specialty programs Opportunity to work partially remotely once practice established 60 minute general adult intake sessionsand 20-30 minute general adult follow-up sessions This position is located in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting Contact Catherine.Gramm@allina.com Physician and APP Talent Acquisition Job Description: Required Qualifications Master's degree - Completion of accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program 1 year experience with Mental Health and Addiction is strongly preferred Licenses/Certifications Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty required upon hire ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire Physical Demands Medium Work: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $139,500 to $167,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
