Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + 10% Bonus Target Summary: The EHS/Facility Manager will oversee all Environmental, Health, and Safety activities, driving proactive programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for multiple locations. This role also involves maintaining the quality of the building in collaboration with Signode's landlord and working closely with the Corporate EHS department. As the Safety Champion for multiple locations, the EHS/Facility Manager plays a key role in fostering a strong safety culture across the organization. This highly visible position requires daily interaction with employees and a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to promote safety and compliance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
