As a member of our design research team, you will lead research efforts that shape customer experiences, guide product design decisions and help define our research practice.

Lead High-Impact Research: Use your research expertise and product mindset to define mix-method research plans that address our most pressing questions about our customers, products and business.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, design, engineering and other teams from early stages of ideation to product launch, ensuring research insights drive innovative and user-centered solutions.

Drive Actionable Insights: Execute best-in-class research, facilitation and analysis methods to bring meaningful insights into the product develop cycle, making measurable impact on business and user outcomes.

Be Influential: Leverage your storytelling chops and passion for UX research to advocate for users, mentor others and shape our research practice.

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of demonstrated experience in human-centered research (in-person and remote). Experience in agency, design or corporate environment. UX research or user insights at high growth B2B, e-commerce, or tech company is a plus.

• Ability to balance user research, strategy, business and market insights, team input and intuition in decision-making processes.

• Expertise utilizing a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (e.g. interviews, focus groups, co-design sessions, usability studies, surveys, data analysis) to address product challenges spanning from opportunity identification, concept testing, to feature iterations.

• Proficiency in analyzing large amounts of data and seamlessly tying quantitative and qualitative insights to identify themes, trends and actionable opportunities.

• Portfolio, or work samples, that showcase breadth of research work and record of generating insights that drive impact on product design or digital experiences that exist in the real world.

• A track record of dynamic storytelling and communicating effectively with audiences at all levels.

• Ability to acquire familiarity to new and complex topics, exceptional multi-functional teamwork, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Advance knowledge of relevant industry tools including UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Adobe Analytics and Figma.

Pay range: $ 94,000- $134,600 , depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
