Purpose of the Role
As Manager II, Site Construction at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the present and future of sustainable energy solutions. This position provides strategic direction and project management expertise to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer objectives, contractual obligations, and Worley's vision of delivering sustainable change. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation, resolve complex challenges, and contribute to projects that advance sustainability goals while meeting societal energy and resource needs.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Plan, define, and implement project goals, ensuring alignment with Worley's sustainability ambitions and corporate policies. Provide direction to achieve on-schedule and budget-conscious project completion.
Strategic Management: Develop in-depth understanding of customer objectives, contractual terms, and project-specific requirements to devise effective methods for achieving program goals.
Operational Oversight: Lead daily operational activities for single or minor projects, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and sustainability targets. Coordinate with global teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Team Guidance: Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and oversee the performance of project teams. Review work for accuracy, adequacy, and alignment with technical and business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present proposals, progress reports, and technical documentation to internal stakeholders, customers, and management. Serve as a key resource for resolving conflicts and building consensus.
Innovation and Problem-Solving: Develop and implement advanced solutions to specialized technical challenges, drawing on a comprehensive understanding of engineering and construction processes.
Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability-related commitments. Mitigate risks proactively to maintain project viability and integrity.
