Purpose of the Role Key Responsibilities #LI-JS4 Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: A proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in construction management, project supervision, and/or technical leadership roles, including experience in sustainability-focused projects.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, make informed decisions in complex situations, and inspire a shared vision for achieving ambitious goals. Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and sustainability best practices. Capable of troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to technical and operational challenges. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively persuade, influence, and build consensus among stakeholders. Experience in conflict resolution and presenting technical data to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving: Adept at analyzing complex technical issues and implementing data-driven solutions. Experience developing strategies that balance immediate project demands with long-term sustainability objectives. Systems and Tools: Advanced understanding of systems and processes related to project management and construction.
