About Marvell

Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, automotive, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Our on-site team is critical in providing essential skills and support for a variety of customer commitments, ensuring the continuity of support for shipping products. The team's expertise and agility also support future design wins by mitigating risks associated with new product introductions (NPI) through validation efforts, issue triage for development-level and customer-reported issues, and enabling partner technologies such as new server introductions and major software updates.

The on-site partner team has built a strong relationship and garnered the trust of our partner through consistent, best-in-class service in supporting a variety of technologies and products, including Fibre Channel HBAs, where Marvell is considered a world leader.

What You Can Expect

  • Interface directly with a tier one OEM partner for a variety of quality assurance initiatives (includes providing test status, collaboration on issue resolution, and acting as a liaison between the OEM partner, extended test teams, and product development).

  • Execute functional and regression test cases and analyze results.

  • Perform issue triage to determine coarse root cause in order to successfully route issues to appropriate parties for examination.

  • Reproduce internally and externally reported issues and confirm fixes provided by engineering.

  • High level of collaboration with internal test and development teams with opportunities to become a subject matter expert across multiple technologies and validation/debug methodologies.

  • Day-to-day tasks are primarily performed on-site due to the high-touch nature of systems configuration and management. However, there are flexible opportunities for hybrid work from time to time.

  • Fundamental knowledge and deployment experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies.

  • Ability to co-ordinate test setups and execution of test cases to include use of automation frameworks.

  • Good understanding of network topologies and IPv4 and IPv6 networks.

  • Working experience with 10G network interface cards and converged network adapters to include storage offload technologies.

  • Ability to develop automation scripts for running tests and parsing test results.

  • Ability to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization.

  • Participate in problem solving and quality improvement activities.

  • Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify next steps and assume task ownership with a strong sensibility for prioritization.
