Position Summary

Execute minor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects by handling day-to-day responsibilities associated with project team member communication, purchasing and billing, budget development, creation of project scopes, project schedules, code compliance requirements, and coordinating and scheduling work with clients.



Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years experience in planning/designing of minor projects. Experience with budget and schedule management.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Competence with MS Office products and any additional applications designed to support job function. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, written and skills. Ability to establish priorities and follow through on projects.



Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $90,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
