Director of Ambulance Operations Job Summary: Here at BridgePoint Healthcare the Director of Ambulance Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the ambulance service, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Manage and lead a team of EMTs, paramedics, and support staff. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service efficiency and patient care. Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other emergency services Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Emergency Medical Services, or a related field. Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field Preferred Licenses/Certification: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Current EMT or Paramedic certification, Certification in Healthcare Management preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency medical services, with at least 3 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and emergency medical protocols.
