The Consumer Experience Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of business strategies to drive customer loyalty, acquisition and retention -overall KPI is maximizing the lifetime value of the consumer database.This role will supervise daily operations of Member Sales andServices consumer direct channel and owns communication plan and strategy with consumers outside ofthe tasting rooms. Lead business initiatives through collaboration with business partners to optimize thecustomer experience and drive top line revenue.

What You Will Do:

Wine Club

Leverage consumer databases to implement sales strategies through various campaigns, managing an annual release calendar, and recommending benefit changes to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, the position includes collaborating on digital marketing initiatives, planning Redchirp offers, ensuring brand alignment, and occasionally traveling to support events.

Team Management

Supervises the consumer experience team to execute strategic business development plans and overseeing team engagement through campaign metrics. It also includes managing inventory for DTC shipments, collaborating with operations to optimize systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory considerations, and leading the development and execution of wine club packages.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 years of marketing, sales, business development, or hospitalitymanagement experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus2 years of Gallo marketing, sales, or hospitality management experience reflecting increasinglevels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7years of marketing, sales, business development, or hospitality management experiencereflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary to support the consumer.
  • Required to possess knowledge and experience in using social media platforms, such asFacebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Must possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems and channels (Salesforce, Wine Shipping, etc.)Experience independently responding to consumer inquiries and resolving issues. Accuracy,
  • attention to detail, and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and accurately interpret the meaning behind brief messages.
  • Strong proficiency in concise communication.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing instructions, short correspondence,and memos.
  • Flexible, willing, and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays when business needsdemand.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Outlook level; experience using the Internet to conduct research.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the
  • time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, ifapplicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Marketing concentration or Bachelor's degreein Communications plus 4 years of hospitality management experience to include supervisory ormanagerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master's Degree inMarketing or Communications plus 2 years of hospitality management experience to includesupervisory or managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Business development experience.
  • Wine club management experience.

Compensation

  • Hiringrate listed as $37.07hr - $55.63/hr
  • In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible to participate in tasting room tip pools, bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.
