The Consumer Experience Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of business strategies to drive customer loyalty, acquisition and retention -overall KPI is maximizing the lifetime value of the consumer database.This role will supervise daily operations of Member Sales andServices consumer direct channel and owns communication plan and strategy with consumers outside ofthe tasting rooms. Lead business initiatives through collaboration with business partners to optimize thecustomer experience and drive top line revenue. What You Will Do: Wine Club Leverage consumer databases to implement sales strategies through various campaigns, managing an annual release calendar, and recommending benefit changes to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, the position includes collaborating on digital marketing initiatives, planning Redchirp offers, ensuring brand alignment, and occasionally traveling to support events. Team Management Supervises the consumer experience team to execute strategic business development plans and overseeing team engagement through campaign metrics. It also includes managing inventory for DTC shipments, collaborating with operations to optimize systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory considerations, and leading the development and execution of wine club packages.
