Are you ready to make a profound impact in the lives of patients with rare syndromes? Join our mission-driven team as an Account Experience Specialist (AES) Lead, East, where you'll develop, coach, and empower a field-based team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for patient onboarding and care.

The scope of management responsibility for this role includes the following territories surrounding the cities of: Boston, MA, New York City, NY, Jersey City, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Arlington, VA, Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL and Miami, FL.

About the Role:
As the AES Lead, you will:
* Oversee a team of Account Experience Specialists, ensuring seamless FINTEPLA patient-onboarding and compliance with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy).
* Serve as a vital leader, driving team success through coaching, development, and performance management.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:
* Lead with Impact: Guide your team to enhance FINTEPLA REMS compliance and mitigate challenges in the patient journey.
* Develop Excellence: Provide training on marketplace trends, account strategies, and performance improvements.
* Foster Compliance: Ensure all communications and documentation meet the highest compliance standards.
* Drive Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to elevate patient experiences.
* Travel with Purpose: Travel 50%-75% to connect with your team and accounts in your geographic area of responsibility.

Who You'll Work With:
* Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to streamline the patient onboarding process.
* Partner with Rare Syndromes leadership to uphold a culture of integrity, trust, and excellence.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers, field roles, and leadership to ensure program success

Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
* 5+ years of Biotechnology/Biopharmaceutical account management or sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
* A proven track record of delivering strong qualitative and quantitative results.
* Experience managing/leading a team.
* Expertise in relationship building and clear communication of complex processes.
* 2+ years of rare/orphan drug experience or significant account management in CNS/neuroscience.
* Experience with new product launches, specialty pharmacies, and REMS programs.
* Advanced degrees and previous experience in managed care, marketing, field sales, or case management are a plus.

Salary range:
This position's anticipated base salary range is 157,900 - 207,300 per year. The actual salary offered may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, among other factors.
