The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is looking for an assistant to provide executive support at our Omaha Branch. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Branch Executive and Public Affairs staff to build and maintain relationships with business executives and community leaders, including supporting the Omaha Branch Board of Directors. You will draft and send communications on behalf of the Omaha Branch Executive and help coordinate meetings and events for internal and external audiences. We are looking for a critical thinker who can identify opportunities and proactively solve problems. This Branch Executive Support position requires a high degree of attention to detail, cooperation and professionalism. You must be able to handle confidential materials and use good judgement when working with and communicating information. Success in this position requires excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Specific activities include but are not limited to:

Location: Hybrid 50%; Omaha, NE Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $46,800 to $66,000 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
