Provide on-site management and direction for Donor Specialists at mobile drives. Promote excellent customer service and leadership. Work with Management to perform competencies in areas of expertise, staff evaluations, training, equipment maintenance, supply ordering, customer service issues with follow-up and necessary and positive growth in donor base.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required with 6 years experience in Blood collection
• Associates degree with 4 years experience in Blood collection;
• Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• At least 2 years in supervisory role preferred. Experience as a Person-In Charge preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership skills and style. Positive communication skills (both verbal and written). Presentation skills required. Team building skills.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $80,000.00/year. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
