Learning and Development Specialist The success of a company depends on the passionate people we partner with. Together, let's share our talents. Your The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will assist with the execution of the industrial training program, including but not limited to, scheduling, assistance with creating, and delivering the required training to the industrial employees in GMSQ. Responsibilities and Key Duties: * Assist with the development of online training modules in People Cloud * Assist with the development of the training syllabus * Deliver training to Industrial employees * Attend shop floor "go sees" * Review Quality events and Safety CAPA's from a training aspect * Review of training records for completeness and accuracy * Learn the job duties of all areas within the Industrial department * Mentor trainers within the departments * Work with department trainers to ensure training data is entered in a timely fashion * Assist with onboarding and training to new employees * Review SOPs in order to create training's and edit SOPs as needed * Ensure compliance of processes in accordance with Regulatory Agencies as well as Ceva policies and procedures * Follow all relevant department policies, procedures, SOPs, and other requirements during project execution * All other duties as assigned Core Competencies: * Solutions out of complexity - Work to evolve immediate environment * Client focus - Make sure needs and requests are treated equally and in a positive way * Collaborate with empathy - Fully takes part in the working group to share information, listens to others and have a clear idea of the decisions taken * Engage and develop - Open to share knowledge and to receive feedback from others * Drive ambition, accountability, and safety principles - Ensure accuracy of work with the use of KPI's and a responsible commitment * Influence others - Show structure and confidence while speaking, demonstrating continuous leadership ability and quality Technical / Functional Competencies: * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of training participants * Capability of learning technical topics and information, translating into easily accessible content for learners * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made * Attention to detail with respect to documentation, communication, and organization * Problem solving skills working under minimal direction * Ability to create an inclusive learning environment * Understanding of the development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions Qualifications: Education - * Associate's degree required, advanced degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Work Experience - * Minimum of two years' experience or demonstrated competency in a regulated industry environment or pharmaceutical industry environment required, including working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and/or 9CFR * Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, One Drive, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher, and QuickBase is preferred * Experience with aseptic technique preferred Physical Requirements: * Ability to read, write legibly, and communicate clearly in English * Tasks frequently require prolonged, mental, and visual concentration Working Conditions: * Able to work flexible and sometimes long hours This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
