What You'll Do

As the Program Director - Water Reuse and Recycle, you will spearhead the development of a program that is pivotal to Solenis' growth strategy. Leveraging deep market insights and technical expertise, you will:

  • Establish a global framework for water reuse and recycle solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify, develop, and commercialize high-impact opportunities.
  • Build and lead a team of business development, technical, and project management professionals to ensure the program's long-term success.

This role requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, fostering collaboration across teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive program strategy for water reuse and recycle solutions, aligning with Solenis' global growth objectives.
  • Team Building: Develop a high-performing team that spans business development, technical applications, and project management, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, technical, and operational teams to drive program execution and establish best practices.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and coaching to Solenis representatives to position and sell water reuse and recycle solutions effectively.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee projects from opportunity identification through commercialization, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Market Strategy: Identify target markets, corporations, sites, and applications in collaboration with the Reuse/Recycle Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Partnership Development: Work closely with equipment partners to ensure solutions are designed, engineered, manufactured, and implemented successfully.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide executive leadership with recommendations on strategies to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop scalable processes to ensure program success and sustainable growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:10+ years in equipment systems (e.g., MF, UF, NF, RO, Ion Exchange, MBR), with prior experience in Strategic Marketing, Business Development, and/or Program Management.
  • Program Leadership: Proven ability to design and scale programs that drive business growth and long-term value.
  • Team Building: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial and business expertise related to equipment systems sales and contracts.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals and drive results.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using data and analytics to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing risks and navigating ambiguity.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 70% (domestic and international).
