This position is located at (VSFB) Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.

This position is not eligible for telecommuting.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate RGNext Range Rehearsals, simulations, training operations, and qualification reviews
  • Coordinate documentation preparation as well as chair meetings in relation to Range Rehearsals and simulations
  • Maintain and update RGNext Rehearsal Event Card archive
  • Monitor progress and completion of Mission Operations training assignments, including Enterprise Qualification Reports (EQRs), work center training, myLearning, and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Responsible to the Range Operations Manager for operations personnel support schedule, program assignments, console assignments, and work center training coordination
  • Provide quality reviews and assist in standardization of processes and procedures between the Eastern and Western Range
  • Coordinate reviews and processes related to Western Range LISC Operating Instructions (LOI), instructions, procedures, and System Operational documents
  • Provide recommendations to planners and Universal Documentation Specialist concerning format and content of Universal Documentation System (UDS) and mission documents
  • Interface directly with government representative and RGNext management in the accomplishment of program tasks
  • Interface with different technical support disciplines including telemetry, metric/radar, optics, command transmitters, data centers, and communications
  • Work independently, while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned

Required Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) or more years of related experience in documentation, scheduling, analytical or organizational management
  • Working knowledge of RCC 501-12 Universal Documentation System preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • The flexibility to work non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
  • Salary determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License

The hourly rate for this role is determined by a Collective Bargaining Unit and is $45.72/hour. RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
