About the Role
Lead a program within the Stryker & Air Defense portfolio across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Contracts.

Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
People Leader
  • Manage a team of individuals to schedule activities, documentation, Due Dates, Meetings, and Supplier visits.
  • Customer interface across the applicable Stryker & Air Defense Program responsible for managing all future planning and execution of current contracts
  • Review Proposals, Contracts, and Modifications to ensure scope is consistent with final negotiations to balance program risk and maintain committed margins
  • Develop overarching program plans with product teams and functional management within program scope, cost, and schedule
  • Integrate development to production schedule to ensure link between production and development teams
  • Lead and develop program risk management to include risk identification candidates and risk mitigation plans
  • Work within MA and B&P budgets to establish ROMs and firm pricing as necessary to support the above activities

Qualifications Sought
Competency:
  • Interface with GDLS (internal) teams and with external (customer) teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business discipline preferred. Will consider bachelor's degree with different discipline combined with years of experience.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Exposure to Oracle Applications, Teamcenter, TIPQA
  • Travelto production facilities, Government locations, and/or suppliers.
  • Support program control in planning, budgeting and execution of program.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
