Job Overview
Milestone is seeking Sr. Enterprise Reporting Analyst with experience defining and designing external facing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. This role requires creating customer-centric solutions based on a combination of data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and clear communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working hands-on with data, spreadsheets, and models, and will thrive in solving complex problems using facts and data to derive actionable insights and deliver recommendations that improve business results. The analyst will take the lead in gathering report needs from external customers and internal users, defining requirements for new reports and enhancements to existing reports, overseeing the administration of standardized reports, working with technical resources to develop reports, and ensuring the reports are effectively used across functions. This role involves working on the design and validation of reports intended to help partners understand their business performance, including ensuring clean and meaningful data structures. Additionally, the analyst will support data visualizations, statistical analysis, and reconciliation with other data sources, covering all aspects from functional analysis and solution design to data cleaning and reporting. Responsibilities:
Interview external partners to understand reporting needs, gaps, and enhancements.
Identify a standard set of reports, dashboards, and metrics that apply to all partners.
Document functional requirements by report type and present requirements to technical team.
Drive the detailed design of reports, ensuring accurate and meaningful data is available and effectively presented. Validate the data upon completion and use it to craft narratives highlighting business successes or identifying potential risks.
Extract, prepare, and model large, complex data sets using a combination of skills, including mathematics, statistics, and programming.
Perform validations and reconciliations from various data sources to ensure report accuracy.
Design BI dashboards or ad-hoc analysis from different data sources to provide billing insights, predictive models of revenue & traffic and various performance indicators etc.
Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the partner experience & performance.
Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms.
Support process improvements related to data analytics, reporting workflows, and partner-facing deliverables.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise reporting, analyzing operational performance using data, and creating data visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Extended experience working with relational databases using SQL to perform competitive and quantitative analysis.
Experience working closing with internal and external users to understand business needs, translating needs into business requirements, and helping technical teams understand the definition of requirements.
Experience working in the Wireless Industry and projects involving Business Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Understanding for Customer Billing & Invoicing functions within a Service Provider environment
Experience working with external vendor teams.
Ability to work onsite 3+ days a week.
Desired Hard Skills:
Proficient in Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Python, and other data modeling, automation, and reporting tools.
Strong skills in analyzing and solving complex data-related problems through critical reasoning.
Demonstrated ability to clearly present data insights to leadership and across teams, fostering collaboration and driving decision-making.
Knowledge of telecom or wholesale environments, with an understanding of partner management and billing operations.

Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: $98,300.00 - $130,000.00 USD
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
