JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Upper School athletics operations for the Girl's program |

Work with all Girls Head Coaches to ensure all programs are staffed two seasons in advance Oversee each program: coaches season reminders, welcome letters, game schedules and confirmations Director of the Track and Field Program Point person for Community Days, winter coverage Oversee Referee schedules for the Upper School in girls' sports Coordinate dismissals with the Welcome Center Coordinate with competing schools about all aspects of game logistics

Coordinate Coaching Compliance between CHSAA, KDS, Students Verify Compliance forms with CHSAA for student-athletes through the school's High School platform. Communicate with all coaching staff about game logistics Manage Years of Service for the Evaluation process

Advising a group of Upper School students Teaching a Wellness Class Coaching 2 seasons Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Successful candidates will possess the following:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred
5+ years full-time experience working in athletics in schools or at the collegiate level, preferred
Involvement in professional organizations (local, regional and national) and meetings is expected
Strong interpersonal, writing, public speaking, and organizational skills.
A warm personality, positive energy, and a sincere desire to work closely with students
The ability to work deftly with diverse populations and personalities
An ability to see and celebrate the potential in every student and coach
Ability to function well in a dynamic school environment while maintaining a sense of humor
Strong computer and technological competence
An ability to manage one's own stress and practice self-care
Salary range:
$64,000-$82,000 + benefits
