Field Service Team Leader - PI & Systems to join our dedicated Service team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Product Inspection and Systems division delivers outstanding service while maximizing operational efficiency.
Scope of Role:
As the
Field Service Team Leader, you will provide both proactive and reactive support to technicians in delivering high-quality service. Your focus will be on maximizing customer satisfaction at the lowest possible operational cost while identifying revenue opportunities.
