Ensure SITA's competitive strength and growth by delivering high-quality technical field services to customers at airports and their premises. Perform field activities per SITA standards, ensuring first-class on-site maintenance and support to maximize customer satisfaction. Manage and assist the field services team to maintain service quality, improve processes, and adhere to policies. This role is limited to country-level responsibilities.

What you will do:

  • Provide field operations support to customers per contract terms and SLAs.
  • Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
  • Perform onsite interventions promptly following Service Desk requests.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, coordinating issue resolution while maintaining high service standards, when needed
  • Conduct repairs, coordinate resolutions, and manage faulty equipment replacement per SLAs.
  • Perform site surveys and installations adhering to guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Report and escalate issues and perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
  • Record accurate service data and provide performance feedback to management.
  • Coach team members on processes and manage local suppliers for service delivery.

Qualifications

About your skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent IT qualification.
  • CompTIA Network+ or Server+ certification or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in onsite support, including PC, printer, and LAN/WAN equipment repairs.
  • Proven experience delivering services to SLAs for external customers.
  • Previous experience working at customer locations.
  • Preferably experienced in the Airport/Airline industry.
