Position Overview:

The Brand Coordinator at Caribou Coffee plays a vital role in fueling our brand's growth by coordinating and implementing internal and external sales-driving initiatives. Working hand in hand with our Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, this role is essential in driving forward our key processes and platforms for growth and supporting the execution of innovative tactics on the marketing team's annual and strategic plan.

Core Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Logistics

  • Support brand-level events, press drops, internal and external workshops/lunch & learns, shipping, and meetings by coordinating logistics, managing agendas, samples and gifting, follow-ups and surveys (as needed), while ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

  • Assist marketing team with ordering, printing, and receiving materials for events and promo window box drops for ambassadors/influencers. Manage and publish calendar(s) of events and other activities. Maintain and regularly update the team and partner-facing web dam platform to ensure all brand & marketing assets are current, organized, and easily accessible for the team.

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents related to brand and marketing activities. Ensure all Brand & Marketing led policies and contracts are regularly reviewed, up to date, and compliant with legal / company standards.

Administrative Support

  • Organize supplies and space for the Brand Team, including storage areas.

  • Provide scheduling support for the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, including scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews and other speaking events with Corporate Communications and agency partners, managing calendar of key dates for media, influencers, and stakeholders.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, conducting research, preparing updates and presentations as needed, department budget tracking, expense reports, and coordinating travel arrangements (as needed).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Assist corporate communications team by maintaining a centralized database and easy-to-utilize distribution lists for all key internal and external stakeholders in partnership with Corporate Communications, HR, and IT. Audiences include the marketing team, franchisees (candidates and current; trad and non-trad; global and domestic), licensed partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders.

  • Assist in the year-round planning, scheduling, and tracking of Caribou and Brand Team strategic planning cycle with CBMO, CEO/Executive Administrative.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, highly motivated and self-directed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years' of experience in project management, administrative, or similar role, preferably in marketing or branding.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Wrike and Frontify

Compensation Range:

$23.86 - $39.77 per hour

The physical demands for this position are reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
