Job Summary This position is responsible for investigating other party liability situations; compiling pertinent information; initiating action to recover claims payments; and negotiating settlements for reimbursement of claims subject to contractual subrogation provisions.

*This position is only available to external candidates in the Springfield, IL market*

Required Job Qualifications:

  • 2 years of college or 2 years' experience in claims administration or, insurance administration, or customer service
  • Analytical skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Suite
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
  • Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
