Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association is Growing!
We want to continue to grow and are currently looking to add to our
Business Development Team!

We are a home health and hospice agency providing services in patient homes in 22 counties throughout Wisconsin; patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, palliative care, and outpatient services. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, and Appleton.

We are currently seeking a
Health Care Business Development / Client Care Professional
who can build a census and diversify our client base with skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics, doctors, and assisted living facilities.
This position is a full time -- 40 hours per week, base pay is $60,000 plus bonus, the schedule is Monday through Friday and the territories are Racine and Kenosha Counties.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred, but not required.

  • At least two years of experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home health care operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.

  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.

  • Knowledge of corporate business management.

  • Demonstrate good communications skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills.

  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.

  • The ability to drive and/or have access to transportation for agency related travel (e.g. community partners, patients, etc.) is an essential function of the job. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.
