This opportunity is in the Human Resources Department.

The Human Resources department is responsible for key areas typically associated with HR, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, employment law compliance, and performance management. Role Description:

Our Recruiting team is on the front lines of building the future of Safety National. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will directly influence our ability to attract and retain top talent by ensuring smooth processes and exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your work will set the tone for candidates' first impressions and reflect the values of our company.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, serving as the backbone of our recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule candidate video and in-person interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders promptly and thoughtfully, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain various logs and support the team's reporting needs, including tracking and analyzing Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
  • Policy Adherence & Program Coordination: Execute and coordinate recruiting functions while adhering to company policies, including the administration of the employee referral program.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate and manage communications, including monitoring the team's shared Outlook inbox, drafting job announcements, and preparing new employee announcements.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to recruiters as needed.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or similar or equivalent work experience
  • 1 or more years prior work experience, preferably in a Human Resources support role and/or corporate/office setting
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent professional communication skills through various channels including verbal, phone, email, text, and formal written communication
  • Demonstrated time management skills including understanding and ability to prioritize work and operate with a sense of urgency
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional experiences and service levels
  • Committed to uphold ethical standards in confidentiality, security and privacy, as appropriate
  • Prior professional experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office suite including, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. preferred
  • Prior work experience in the insurance, financial or professional services industry preferred
  • The ideal candidate for this role must be able to work onsite in the St. Louis Corporate Office at least 70% of the time to effectively address the in-person needs of the organization

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience.
