In the role of Medical Assistant I, at the FORME Aesthetic and Vein Center, you will facilitate efficient clinic flow by maintaining excellent patient care and customer service.

The FORME Aesthetic and Vein Center is an aesthetic multispecialty practice that offers surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services. Our goal is to help our patients achieve life changing results to prevent or address the signs of aging with healthier, more youthful skin, or to improve your body shape. Being a part of the team gives you the opportunity to watch our patients change their lives for the better.

Primary Functions

• Escort patient to exam room, obtain brief history and vital signs. Update medical records for physician review.
• Prepare patient exam rooms and equipment and select instruments using aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Assist with laser and injectable treatments performed in the office.
• Establish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction.
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre- and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each patient.
• Clean and stock patient exam rooms.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• All other duties as assigned.

Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis

Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Required Experience: Two years patient care experience or graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program
