Are you a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a dedicated Facilities Specialist to help maintain our flagship branch and corporate office. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable workspace for our team while supporting exciting projects and events.

About the Role

As a Facilities Specialist, you'll ensure smooth daily operations by taking ownership of custodial tasks, minor facilities maintenance, and conference room/event setups. You'll also assist with facilities projects, furniture installations, and supply management, contributing to a workplace that fosters productivity and team satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Custodial & Janitorial Tasks


  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooers).
  • Replenish supplies and ensure exterior spaces like walkways and patios are clean.


Facilities Maintenance


  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., painting, replacing bulbs, fixing fixtures).
  • Identify and report larger maintenance issues requiring contractors.


Operations Support


  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events, including A/V and temperature adjustments.
  • Move furniture, install equipment, and assist with space planning to meet team needs.


Project Assistance


  • Support office renovations, equipment installations, and workspace updates.
  • Contribute hands-on to facility improvement projects.


Administrative Support


  • Manage and stock office and kitchen supplies.
  • Assist with vendor deliveries, mail distribution, and company vehicle upkeep.


Safety & Compliance


  • Monitor facilities to identify and address safety risks proactively.
  • Uphold health and safety standards across the branch and office environment.



What You Bring


  • Experience: 1-3 years in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or a related field (corporate/office experience preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facilities management is a plus.
  • Skills: Basic repair and maintenance abilities, attention to detail, time management, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work indoors and outdoors.
