Overview MBP is looking for an experienced Business Development professional with proven experience developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities MAIN DUTIES
Primary duty is business development, encompassing development of clients and opportunities throughout the firm for all services. Applies best-practice business development processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's degree in related field. Significant work-related experience performing similar duties to those outlined below. Experience in areas such as developing and managing capture strategies for new project opportunities. Knowledge of the AEC industry and familiarity with government or institutional procurement procedures. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to develop strong relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong writing and presentation skills. Highly detail-oriented and organized in work with the ability to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Participate in professional association organizations and activities. Assist in writing or editing proposals. Ability to travel throughout the United States. GUIDANCE/RESPONSIBILITY: Ability to work independently and make decisions.. Receives direction from and reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Client Solutions. SUPERVISORY: Non-supervisory role. STATUS: Full-time BENEFITS:
