Summary We are hiring for a State RN Clinical Manager for Tennessee! Clinical management experience is required. This position will require travel across the state, as needed, to our various agencies. The Clinical Director is responsible for providing direction to the patient care operations of the agencies providing Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) in the State. This includes: coordinating with and supporting the Clinical Managers in the HCBS locations to ensure compliance with Federal, State and MCO regulations, completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company; provides support of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company. Education and Experience Job Qualifications: Current RN licensure in state of practice. Current CPR certification is required. Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation. Additional State License Requirements: For Category I and II Medicare Certified Home Health: KY, NY, OH, TN, WI: : No additional requirements.
