Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Growth & Strategy Proposal Manager to guide our proposal development and Capture strategy and streamline capture processes. The ideal candidate will proficiently handle proposal management, oversee capture and drive growth through strategic expansions. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Capture Management:
Proposal Management: This role is crucial to ensuring our team has the resources it needs to craft compelling and efficient proposals that enhance our competitive edge in capturing opportunities.
Strategic Growth and Client Engagement:
Process Improvement and Reporting:
Technology Utilization: Leverage AI and advanced tools and technologies for efficient library management, including searchability, categorization, and user-friendly access features. Quality Assurance: Regularly review library content for quality and ensure all materials meet our high standard of excellence in presentation, branding, and messaging. Qualifications: Proven experience in proposal management, capture planning, and/or growth roles. Excellent project management skills with experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration. Strong capture skills and experience in building high-performing teams. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to think strategically with a focus on business growth and client relationship development. Preferred: Experience with federal contracting.
