Sr. Sales Controlling Analyst

At Berco, we produce mission critical undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture machinery. Together with our customers, we create long lasting solutions by combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembling. We provide undercarriage components to OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well as the service parts to OEMs and to the independent Aftermarket.

Berco of America, Inc. seeks a Controller in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Duties: Provides product pricing and customer quotes. Develops and tracks optimal for operational cost planning. Controls costs through identifying and addressing budget discrepancies. Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process, establishing the lines burden rates. Control actual versus planned costs. Administer and review all financial plans and compare to actual results to identify, explain, and correct
variances as appropriate. Evaluate technical and financial data to develop customer quotes and selling price. Calculate and communicate the transfer price for other tk companies.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related field of study, or foreign equivalent degree. Must have 5-10 years of work experience in an Accounting or Controlling position, or in a related financial role with an OEM.
