The Radiologic Technologist prepares patients for radiologic procedures, takes x-rays following established procedures to assist in the diagnosis and/or treatment of patients.

This position is eligible for a $3,000 Sign On Bonus

This is a part-time, 0.6 FTE Radiologic Technologist role based at our Vadnais Heights Campus with flexibility to float to other Summit Campuses as needed. Current schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (subject to change). Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and must have current ARRT registration.



  • Fluent in digital radiology technology.
  • Possess advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of multiple computer applications and equipment, such as PACS, Outlook, and EMR.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  • Medical office and exam room settings.
  • Frequent contact with variety of people.


Summit's hiring range for this position is $29.0559 to $36.3199 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Qualifications
Education
Associates of Radiologic Technology (required)
Experience
1 year in a health care setting preferred.
Courses in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology, preferred. (preferred)
1 years: One to three years of experience as X-ray technologist, preferably in physician practice environment.
Associate's degree in radiological technology from accredited radiography program.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration required. (preferred)
