Salesforce Data Architect

Location:

Seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Architect to design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions for Key's commercial banking lines of business. Responsibilities include leveraging Salesforce tools such as data Cloud, CRMA, and Tableau to design robust Data architectures, develop advanced analytics models, and enable Data as a product strategies. The role involves creating scalable data solutions, unifying customer profiles, and generating actionable insights to support business objectives. Candidates must have expertise in data modeling, tooling, and analytics within the Salesforce ecosystems with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.

Essential Job Functions

General:

• Own, oversee, and drive the strategy of the development, implementation, assessment, and support of the Salesforce CoE's growing Data and Analytics practice.
• Independently develops and sets best practices for developing clean, maintainable, testable code and configs on the Salesforce platform
• Drives and architects the overall health, performance, availability, and resolution of system and client experience impacts as it relates to their domain.
• Evaluates and makes decisions on new technologies and how they fit into the product solutions.
• Displays outward thinking, develops strategies for the full software development life-cycle of new and emerging technologies and demonstrates their viability.
• Deep understanding of the business; drives, formulates and designs complex solutions to anticipate and meet business needs.
• Ability to independently lead a technology team.

Technology

• Expertise and work experience in Data design and concepts especially as it relates to the Salesforce ecosystem
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus
• Strong Salesforce Platform background and work experience
• Wide technology experience with the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, FSC, and OmniStudio.
• Experience working in a fast paced Agile environment including Enterprise standard tools like Jira and mature SDLC practices.
• Familiarity and experience with Enterprise integration tools and best practices.

Business:

• Financial industry background a plus
• Ability to speak the language of the business community and communicate well with business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Salesforce certifications or equivalent work experience demonstrating expertise with Salesforce technology
• Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 to $150,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
