Growing global company is looking for a Project Manager for their employee communications team. The organization puts together a comprehensive internal annual report that involves collaboration across business groups. You would be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure it's aligning to goals, timelines and deliverables.

You would be working collaboratively with various stakeholders to include leadership, creative content writers and data analytics teams. This position is anticipated to be for 4 to 6 months, full time hours for the initial 4 months and would anticipate part time hours for the remaining 2 months of the project. This position is remote. Hours operation in EST or CST timezone.

Position requirements:




    • 5+ years of Project Management experience
    • Experience supporting projects within internal marketing communications
    • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing project requirements, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
    • Experience in project execution, including risk management, issue resolution, and driving results through team collaboration.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Asana, or similar platforms).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project performance and recommend process improvements.
    • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and influence team members without direct authority.
