Summary
During the 3 month period, the I.T. intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of initiatives while working alongside key personnel on the I.T. team. This role will learn processes and procedures, review reporting and analytics, and be a part of a team making recommendations based upon findings. Our interns use creativity and strategic thinking to make a positive impact while learning hands-on skills needed to successfully navigate the modern workplace.

* Performs assigned duties under the supervision and guidance of senior staff member.
* Undertakes projects and special assignments for a specific time period.
* Assists in daily work assignments and learns the basics of the functional area.

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED from accredited institution.
* Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a Bachelor's degree.
* Required be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
* Excellent written and oral communications skills.
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
* Currently enrolled at a college or university with a junior or senior class standing and working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or Management Information Systems.
* Curiosity about industry trends, competitors and results.
* Ability and interest to understand technology.
* General understanding of data analytics.
* Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
* Self-starter willing to take initiative, but not be afraid to ask questions
* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Compensation
Hiring Salary Range/ Hiring Hourly Rate: $19.25 - $22.00
Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
