The Director, Leadership Development will play a critical role in implementing and delivering the leadership development strategy as well as leadership programs and initiatives that are aligned with strategic business goals and talent plans of the organization.
The position will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Learning, and will work with partners across HR and the wider business to ensure clear connections between the business strategy, people strategy and innovative leadership development interventions that will create a step change in the organization's leadership capability, ensuring it is fit for now and the future. Based on the needs of the business, this role will be responsible for development and execution of the leadership development strategy through leadership learning solutions for all leaders across the KION group, from aspirational leaders through to executive development, across a mixed modality portfolio that supports both formal learning pathways and continuous learning opportunities. Overseeing a team of learning specialists, the Director, Leadership Development will ensure that all learning activities delivers defined outcomes for the organization. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in building and deploying a leadership development strategy and eco-system in a global organization, who understands the business requirements and can leverage strong relationships to deploy high quality solutions. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $138,000.00-$202,400.00 at the time of posting.
