Serves as a partner with Health System leadership to provide insight through advanced analysis and distribution of patient experience data to educate on patient experience best practices and to support improvement initiatives. Manages the Health Systems Patient Experience survey process and ensures that the process is meeting regulatory requirements. Makes recommendations and provides customized training based on the individual area's performance. Presents effectively to individuals and groups. The Patient Experience Analyst provides advice and guidance on recommended Best Practices.
