Job Description

Benefits:

Salary:

$18.70 - $23.75/hourly

Summary:

A B2B Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between a company and its clients. The specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels such as phone, or email. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Assisting customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.

Essential Functions:

  • Working with moderate supervision.
  • Working safely and following Signode safety rules.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Takes direction from the Customer Service Supervisor or additional members of management.
  • Maintaining correct procedures and keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Generating necessary documentation.
  • Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to share information and best practices.
  • Handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintaining work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:

High School Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred

Experience:

  • Customer Service experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience utilizing an ERP system.
  • Experience utilizing basic functions in Excel.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
