Evolver Federal is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in support of our DoD customer located at Ft. Knox, KY. As part of the Operations team, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing daily operational support onsite, remotely, over the phone and/or via email.

Responsibilities



  • Manage Daily Operations in the form of customer support and liaising with internal organizational leadership and personnel, and outside directorates or agencies.
  • Conduct thorough external tasking document review for explicit and implied tasks and facilitate internal coordination and assignment of responsibilities to organizational assets.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings including scheduling, inviting and tracking attendees, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Attend functional meetings as a client representative providing necessary summary of information and follow-on meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and track all organizational required training and ensure personnel completion for compliance.
  • Create, review, and edit organizational strategic communications (STRATCOM) for external announcements.
  • Review files, file structure, and naming conventions for internal migration of organizational data to facilitate database content administration and proper document storage.
  • Conduct policy and document review for client consultation providing actionable comments.
  • Sustain the organizational Postal Program through consolidation of subordinate organization usage reports and subsequent submission.
  • Support the development and tracking of command directives that support the IT deployment/integration efforts.


Basic Qualifications



  • Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen with a current active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, inclusive of drug screening.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Ft. Knox, KY in order to work onsite full time.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Three (3) years of experience in a related field may be substituted for the degree.
  • Must be willing to travel if/when needed to other customer locations within the United States (U.S.) and to U.S. territories (approximately 10%).



Preferred Qualifications




  • Possess a thorough knowledge and experience of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, agency regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
  • Must have an impeccable work ethic, the ability to make sound decisions, and a commitment to integrity and accountability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft software applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with available current U.S. Army Transformation / Modularity initiatives and activities.
  • Familiar with 2 star-level Army staffing procedures.
  • Possess a working knowledge of military writing and other technical correspondence.
