Concrete Worker/Finisher Pay Grade: 917 Location: Reservoirs Vacancy Announcement Nature Of The Work Safety Sensitive Position WC 7520 Brief Description The purpose of this position is to perform concrete work and assist the welders and abrasive blasters as part of a team in completing work duties and perform construction, repairs, and general maintenance on the Brazos River Authority (BRA) dams. This is accomplished by pouring and finishing concrete; operating concrete saws and jackhammers to remove deteriorated concrete; building and setting concrete forms; bending, cutting, and installing reinforcing bars. Other responsibilities include operating heavy equipment; assisting the welders and abrasive blasters; assisting with scaffold erection and any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
