Specialist, Administrative Line Support

• Compile and maintain production records and reporting, manages transactions, and administers office activities.
• Collect and transcribe data for the preparation of records and reports.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for department data.
• Coordinates purchase order placement for items required to support Production Line functions and projects. (P-card, purchase req's, service entries).
• Maintains files and records and performs other clerical duties.

• High School Diploma or GED (general education diploma).
• 1 year office or clerical experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License required.
• US Citizenship.
• Great attitude and team player.
• Successful completion of background screening process.

  In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $29,280 to $43,920 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
