Position Summary As a senior leader within the Nephrology Therapeutic Area, the successful candidate must bring substantial prior experience as a Medical Director, deep knowledge of nephrology, the clinical landscape, and healthcare delivery, and the ability to integrate these insights to shape Travere's Medical Affairs efforts. The ideal candidate will own strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional scientific programs, drive evidence generation, and foster external expert relationships, ensuring the success of Travere's nephrology portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership and Launch Execution Education and Experience Requirements: * Advanced Degree: An MD, MD/PhD, or PharmD/PhD is required, with a strong preference for a focus in nephrology. Compensation: Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees. Target Base Pay Range: $238,000.00 - $320,000.00*This information is current as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future.
